2026 Induction sessions
This induction programme is designed to help you understand your role, build confidence quickly and get practical support to serve your residents effectively. Sessions cover how the Council works, your legal responsibilities, and how key services operate.
Most online sessions are recorded and available to watch later, giving flexibility around other commitments. Some sessions are not recorded and these are marked. Members are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible, but we do understand you’ll have other commitments and want to make this as manageable for you as possible.
