Member Enquiries Team
The Member Enquiries Team is the single point of contact for all County Member and MP enquiries.
We have a maximum of 10 working days to respond to your enquiries, although we try to respond as quickly as we can. To respond to your enquiries we contact internal service areas and/or external partners to seek the information we need to be able to prepare your response.
Urgent enquiries take priority over routine enquiries. This could be a social care matter, flooding or a dangerous pothole. To report an urgent issue, please do so via the below telephone numbers:
